1. For Inventory Orders
All inventory sticks are eligible to be returned within FOURTEEN days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Due to the size of hockey sticks and the cost of international shipping from the EU to Canada, return shipping costs may be substantial and can exceed €100. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the EU Withdrawal Request form below.
The stick should be mailed back in the original packaging. Once the stick arrives back to us, it will be inspected. Customers may inspect the product as they would in a retail store. If the stick has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the product. In cases where a stick has been taped, cut down, used on or off the ice, damaged, or otherwise modified, the diminished value may be equal to the full value of the product, resulting in no refund being payable. Once we receive and inspect the returned stick, we will process the applicable refund.
Inventory orders may be cancelled for a full refund, including shipping, within 3 hours of purchase. Cancellations must be submitted using the ‘Cancel order’ button in your order confirmation email during this window.

2. For Custom Orders
Since custom sticks are tailored to the preferences of an individual with personal touches such as the player's name printed on the stick and other custom specifications selected by the customer, they are not eligible to be returned and are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.
Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund within SEVEN days of the original purchase date. Any order cancellation requests that arise after SEVEN days will be subject to a raw material waste fee which is equal to 50% of the cost of each stick (excluding shipping).
