Returns and Order Cancellation
1. For Inventory Orders
All inventory sticks are eligible to be returned within SEVEN days of the delivery date. Note that the product must be unused (the stick cannot be cut down or taped), and customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with a returned order (original shipping & return shipping). To return an order, the return shipping label can be purchased by searching for return shipping in the search bar above. Once the return label is purchased, the label will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. The stick should be mailed back in the original shipping box. Once the stick arrives back to us, it will be inspected to confirm it has not been used or cut down, and once we receive confirmation, we can process the refund for the original amount of the stick. If the stick has evidence of being used, taped or cut down, no refund will be issued.
Inventory orders are also eligible to be cancelled for a full 100% refund, including the cost of shipping within 1 day of the purchase (before the product leaves our distribution). To request an order cancellation please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
2. For Custom Orders
Since custom sticks are tailored to the preferences of an individual with personal touches such as the player’s name printed on the stick, they are not eligible to be returned.
Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund within SEVEN days of the original purchase date. Any order cancellation requests that arise after SEVEN days will be subject to a raw material waste fee which is equal to 50% of the cost of each stick (excluding shipping).
